REFUND & LATE PAYMENT POLICIES

Refund Policy

Payments for coaching and/or editing services are non-refundable. Once a payment or deposit is made it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Alchemical Book Coaching & Editing and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid shall be invoiced and paid by the client within 7 days of invoice date.

Late Payment Policy

A 10% late fee will be added to past due amounts per every 7 days payment is late. Work on your project will commence as soon as payment is current.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Book Coaching & Editing Appointments

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require adjustments to scheduled coaching and editing-related appointments. To ensure fairness and efficiency in managing our appointments, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations.

3. No-shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show."

4. Fees for Late Cancellations and No-shows: Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the cost of the missed session with no option to reschedule.

5. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule coaching sessions, subject to availability and adherence to the cancellation policy.

6. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may arise, and exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies.

7. Communication: Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes or cancellations promptly to ensure effective scheduling and utilization of coaching resources.

TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of YourBookAlchemist.com ("the Service"), operated by Alchemical Book Coaching & Editing ("the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

3. User Content

6.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.1. Alchemical Book Coaching & Editing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
